Move to Virginia, Day 1

May was a very busy month so hopefully I'll remember to post everything, including our Dr./Dr. party and graduation! I'll find those pictures eventually, but today we'll take you through our adventurous move to Virginia! We took along our cake topper to represent us at all the different locations and things we experienced on our journey....kind of like Flat Stanley, if you've heard of that book/activity.

Day 1: After staying up till late at night finishing packing up, we picked up our moving truck and loaded it up with the help of some wonderful friends from the Elders Quorum.
My visiting teacher came to help me clean up the apartment before we left it forever!

One last time outside our apartment. (If you haven't seen our cake topper, it was made by a friend of ours for the party. The little Brandon has a stethoscope and Dr. bag, and I'm holding a flask! We love it)

Taking one last look at the Sandias as we left Albuquerque, heading up to Los Alamos.

The truck on the road!

We were tired but happy to at least get everything loaded up and started on our trip!
