Disneyworld

For Easter break we went to Disneyworld! Our first day we visited Epcot. As soon as we entered the park we headed for the new Ratatouille ride. The line was long but moved along. I got some crepes to eat in the line and they were very yummy!

The cars reminded me of the ones at Chocolate World, except these were designed as cute little rats!

The ride got stuck on this part, so we kept watching the rats trying to pry off the champagne cork for a few minutes until the ride resumed and it finally popped with a little spray in our face!

yummy French macarons!

Carter's lunch haha!

Lily really wanted a turkey leg. She didn't realize how huge it would be. We ended up saving it in our hotel fridge and eating more of it later! It was yummy though, not dry like you'd worry about.

Here we are on board Spaceship Earth

I had fun ordering these nail wraps for the trip!

Inside the Chinese Pavilion. We cooled off here for a little bit and then got Chinese food for the rest of us.

Always love seeing the topiaries during the Food and Flower Festival!

Brandon and Brielle went on the Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind. I was too chicken to try it! They said it was pretty awesome!

That evening we took the boat to Disney Springs to see the Cirque du Soleil show "Drawn to Life"

Here's the stage. The acts were incredible! Such talented performers!
Neil's family arrived just in time to watch it with us! So glad we could be together for this trip!

The next day we went to Hollywood Studios. We got to do Rise of the Resistance twice!

Hi Mando!

The girls got some Porgs :D

Toy Story Mania was awesome as always

Carter, Brielle and I are on the front row...so proud of Carter for trying it. He liked it and decided being in the dark was better instead of seeing how high up we were. Brielle got the sun in her face...or maybe she was being transported to the Twilight Zone!😱

Next day was Magic Kingdom!

Dumbo + Porg

The kids really got into wearing their ears

Space Mountain and Tron at night.. Such fun rides and I was very proud of Carter for riding both of them!

Our last day was Animal Kingdom. We had to pack in as much as we could because Neil's family was leaving for their cruise after lunch. We did Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest a few times, Navi river, Dinosaur, Finding Nemo show, the Jungle Walk, the Safari, and attempted the River rapids but it closed. After they left we watched the Lion King show and stopped by Disney Springs for some Gideon's Bakery Cookies! Then we went back to the hotel to eat and shower and pack. We got to bed early so we could be up super early for our ride to the airport.

The T Rex didn't really jump out like it usually does, so that's why no one looks scared/surprised

Brandon is in the back

I'm on the middle right. Most of us rode in the "single rider" line so we wouldn't have to wait. But it also meant we never rode with each other.

In Pandora

I stood up to take this photo and got yelled at by the ride operators oops

These goats were funny sitting on the roof!

We made it home by 9 am Easter Sunday, so we had time to get ready and go to choir practice and church! We sang an arrangement of O Savior Thou Who Wearest a Crown, to the tune of If You Could Hie to Kolob. I played the violin part and Brandon accompanied on piano. It turned out really nice! And the rest of the meeting was really nice too. I'm glad we got back in time!
