I didn't get too many pictures, Amy has the ones of our whole group. The day was beautiful and we enjoyed walking through the gardens, playing in the Children's Discovery Room, eating snacks on the grounds, touring the house and tulip gardens and walking back through the woods. We ate lunch at the Michie Tavern which is an original Inn and Tavern from Jefferson's day. Although a bit pricy, the buffet lunch was quite good and we had a great time. Thanks Amy and family for hanging out with us!
Brielle and Orrin (2nd cousins) sharing the rocking chair. They're 4 months apart, but of course Brielle doesn't seem a whole lot bigger.
Pretty flowers at Monticello!
Proof that Brielle was here though she won't remember it
My attempt at an "artsy" shot with the apple blossoms

It may be too early for this, but I had a kissin' cousin I was very close to--great to see them together. Those are gorgeous flowers that are a perfect backdrop for beautiful Brielle--and it never hurts to have proof! Kudos on the artsy shot--looks great to me with the blossoms and the house off behind. thanks for sharing! love, mom p
