Brielle decided to try cross country this year! It was tough but she improved over the season and we're very proud of her for sticking with it!
I volunteered at the local food bank sorting and bagging apples. There were tons of rejects that were good enough for applesauce and apple butter so I took some home and made a lot!
Carter's 8th birthday was the main highlight of October! He had his friends join us at the local arcade where they had pizza and cake and lots of fun playing the games. The next week was his actual birthday and baptism day! We were so happy to have Grandma, Eric's family, Mama Judy and Marian travel to be with us for the special weekend!
Carter enjoyed opening his presents and Estelle and Sofia were excited too!
At the baptism...such an exciting day!
The kids sang "The Miracle" one of Carter's favorites
Uncle Eric led the music
We're so proud of Carter and the choice he made to follow Jesus.
Playing with neighborhood friends
Brielle's Young Women class had a cupcake decorating activity
Daddy Daughter carnival for Lily and Brandon. She did his make up haha!
Date night where we had yummy dinner and dessert!
The Hershey Symphony had concerts September and October. Both went very well!
Halloween was fun! Weather was chilly, but pleasant enough for trick or treating. Lily was a white cat. Brielle was a butterfly one time, and a ghost another. Carter was Darth Vader. Earlier in the week we also attended the Hummelstown Halloween parade and that was really fun. Lots of firetrucks, but also some unicycles and the girls' dance studio! We got lots of candy haha!
