Halloween--at last!

We went to the Hershey Halloween Parade; pictures were too dark to appreciate, but it was a lot of fun and Brielle got a ton of candy. We were in the first third of the parade route so everyone had lots of candy to give out. There were lots of fire trucks, a Kiss mobile and the Hershey trolley, and various community groups. One was our friends from Partners in Medicine dressed as "Little Healers" and then there was this cute group of tap dancers....they were all middle aged (or older) women doing these cute dances that didn't have much tap dancing in it :)

Here's a photo as we were waiting for the parade. It was cold!

We went to Chocolate World to make S'Mores and listen to some Halloween tales and sing along with Mr. Music (and the Hershey Bar). Brielle loved it.

We carved a pumpkin. Low lighting since we lit the pumpkin, but it's a cute picture of Brielle.

Preschool Halloween Party! Harrison was sick so we didn't get to see his Woody costume! But the girls had fun playing halloween bean bag toss, halloween bowling, a monster walk, doing halloween pumpkin and mummy crafts, and eating yummy treats!

Halloween trick or treating was a lot of fun, we went with Ellie and Katelyn around to the apartments in our complex. Brielle loved getting candy and everyone thought Lily was adorable. She would hold my hand and walk up to the door after the other girls had run away and she'd try to say trick or treat and thank you.  We have toooooo much candy in our house!

Sounds like a fun parade and party. The girls are adorable in their costumes and that's a sweet story about Lily saying trick or treat and thank you on her own :-)
